I’m proud to be from the DMV, where I learned perseverance and pride. In high school, I was an honors student and a varsity athlete in football, wrestling, and track. Sports taught me discipline. Academics taught me focus. And my parents taught me leadership, how to speak up when it matters, and how to have the charisma and personality to get things done.

 

I’ve also had the privilege of serving as president of the TSA club and as captain of three varsity sports, which taught me what it takes to lead. My long-term goal is to become a physical therapist because I want to help people, especially those who look like us, stay strong and healthy.
